    I registered my car online and 5 days later I get pulled over by the police and fined for being unregistered. I showed proof of payment. I disputed the fine but the RTA only gave me a computer generated response as a letter, not taking any responsibility for their stuff up. I had to register the car twice so I could drive it. Finally, three months later, after many phone calls they reimbursed my first payment. Service NSW are forcing me to pay the fine, over $700, plus outgrageous fees. They are a bunch of morons!

    I arrived at 0900hrs on Saturday morning ING and was out by 0945hrs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great stuff

    The woman I dealt with was completely unprofessional and rude. I left very confused at how I managed to offend and elicit such a hostile response in less than a minute. There's no need for condescension and snobbery when someone is trying to ascertain what they need and the literature is unclear. Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I'll be driving to Yass or conducting everything from online in the future. I've never been treated so coldly by someone who works with the public, ever. Please rethink your profession if you are hateful towards people and you work with the public!
