Do not rely on the pharmacist to advise you if its your last repeat for important prescription medication if you leave your files there.

Ive never had an issue, they keep my script on file and its cheaper than the other pharmacies. Plus I get to get my lady Bunnings on at spotlight next door while I wait.

Told pharmacist I wasn't informed it was the last repeat during the last visit otherwise I would have booked in with my GP that day. Told it was written on a label on the packet and it's up to me to check, not up to them to tell me. Wasn't aware of this to now.

Appalling service all 4 times I have been there, I now drive 15mins out if my way to another Chemist Warehouse who do actually have customer service

Try finding a doctors appointment on a Friday afternoon to get a script for medication that causes major issues if you suddenly cease taking it!

My mother and I eventually just gave up and left, paying a mere $471.09 for this ‘big favour’, and, on the way home, I spiralled into what became a full-blown panic attack and depressive relapse. Yes, I am in the process of making formal complaints to the overarching company at Chemist Warehouse Australia, and to the relevant consumer and medical Ombudspersons.

    Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

NOTE: ANYONE WHO HAS ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION, or other similar neurological ‘differences’, should ESPECIALLY AVOID THIS *SPECIFIC* CHEMIST WAREHOUSE LOCATION in QUEANBEYAN, and, if impossible to avoid, definitely do NOT attend ALONE, as there is a PHARMACIST working here whose behaviour is *especially* hostile towards customers who need assistance or to be treated with a shred of human decency, and whose behaviour caused a rapid-onset anxiety->panic attack and a concurrent severe depressive episode.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a so called "health CARE professional". It is actually laughable that these people are privy to senisitive information and are in a position of power and use this position to be little and look down upon customers with genuine health issues. The old Asian woman who is the pharmacist at the Queanbeyan store has zero customer service skills or compassion. She feeds on power trips and it's truely disgusting. After today's embarrassing situation, I will proceed to continue to report her until something is done

Now that I’ve set off all the ‘lunatic reviewer!’ alarms... ;)

The Pharmacist who I (very unsuccessfully) had to deal with at Chemist Warehouse Queanbeyan this week was hostile, dismissive, rude, defensive, negligent, and uncooperative. I strongly recommend going just about anywhere else within an hour’s drive - worth the petrol!

Rang up today to pick up a script to be rudely told by the pharmacist I had used my last repeat, go to a doctor and come back with a new script.

As someone who is on an unexpectedly-extended business trip, I was collecting a ~pre-arranged~ internal transfer of **several fairly strong and Government Regulated psychiatric medications** from another Chemist Warehouse interstate (where I have been a very, very happy and respected customer for over a decade), it should have been apparent that I needed whatever this Pharmacist could summon which might be similar in some way to ‘kindness’ or ‘helpfulness’. Instead, she created a clinically-traumatic interpretation of hostility and an aversion to any kind of dialogue, requiring my mother to intervene, embarrassingly for a 38-year-old adult! while my anxiety levels skyrocketed, just to get this Pharmacist to answer some professional questions, during which time she told me she was ‘already doing me a big favour’ by carrying out a common professional task, refused to check my in-house medication charts to better recommend non-prescription medicines, recommended non-prescription medicines which were highly contra-indicated by my prescription regimen, and walk off mid-‘conversation’ with my poor old mum, to whom her final words were, ‘it’s my opinion, take it or leave it,’ with a sizeable pile of (as previously mentioned) some very strong (and most also highly Government Regulated) drugs sitting in a basket on the benchtop, unattended, not having formally dispensed them to anyone, nor having asked important and legally-required (to my knowledge) questions such as whether I had taken these before, was I aware of the side effects of each drug, asking if I was taking anything which might be contra-indicated either a little bit or in a seriously life-threatening way, etc.
